Sound Source equipped Steps Club, one of Sousse’s leading clubs, with a KV2 Audio ES Series sound system. The goal: give the audience and DJs powerful, precise, fatigue-free sound from the start of the evening to the end of the night.
Venue: Steps Club, Sousse
Date: November 2016
Technology: KV2 Audio ES Series
System: 2× KV2 Audio ES1.0 · 4× KV2 Audio ES1.8 · 2× KV2 Audio EPAK2500R · 1× KV2 Audio SAC2
Use: club, DJ nights and live concerts
System components
2× KV2 Audio ES1.0
The heart of the ES system, the ES1.0 is a large-format 3-way mid-high / low-mid module. It delivers projection and clarity across the whole dance floor, with a definition that does justice to every style, from deep house to techno.
4× KV2 Audio ES1.8
Four horn-loaded 18″ subwoofers deliver deep, powerful bass, essential to a club’s energy. Combined with the ES1.0s, they form a perfectly balanced system that lets DJs deliver immersive performances.
2× KV2 Audio EPAK2500R
Dedicated amplifiers and controllers for the ES1.0 modules, the EPAK2500Rs power the system with stable, reliable output and ensure clear reproduction throughout the night.
1× KV2 Audio SAC2
The SAC2 four-band equaliser allows fine adjustment of the system’s tonal balance according to the atmosphere and musical style, adapting the sound to the audience at every moment of the night.
Sound that lives up to the club’s reputation
Thanks to this installation, Steps Club enjoys sound that is both powerful and precise: deep bass, well-defined mids and clarity that stays intact even at high volume. An asset that strengthens its place among Sousse’s must-visit nightlife venues and attracts local and international DJs.
This project is part of the KV2 Audio installations carried out by Sound Source, official KV2 Audio representative in Tunisia, in the country’s leading clubs and venues.
